Industrial Ecology
Industrial Ecology is a part of ecology, where industrial impact – from definite enterprises till technosphere – on the environment, influence of natural environment conditions on the functioning of enterprises and their complexes are studied. The main direction of industrial ecology is a development of such production and recycling systems, which do not influence on the biosphere and human environment.
The discipline goal is to train ecologists who have theoretical and practical knowledge on waste water and exhaust gases treatment, recycling and processing of solid waste from different industries; to prepare specialists with deeper basic theoretical and practical background who are able to decide issues of radiation and chemical defense of RUERS, population and environment in emergency situations in peace and war time.
