Tolmacheva Nella DmitRievna,
graduated from the Faculty of Electro physics of TPI (TPU) in 1970,
with a degree in "Physics of solid states".
Since 1970 he has been working at TPU.
In 1996 he got a degree of Candidate of chemical Sciences,
in 2004 - Assistant Professor of the Department of General Physics.
