Mapping of ore fields and deposits
Discipline "Mapping of ore fields and deposits" occupies an intermediate position between the courses " Prospecting and exploration of minerals deposits" and "Forecasting and search for mineral deposits." Prediction based on the fact that the mineralization is controlled by certain geological factors, which are called preconditions and signs of mineralization. The aim of the discipline is to identify and map these prerequisites and features (tectonic, metasomatic, geochemical, mineralogical, etc.) for the purpose of forecasting future. In addition, the problem of discipline includes technological mapping ore required for the selection of optimal technologies mining and processing ore.
