Roman B. Tabakaev was born in Tomsk on November 8, 1986. The first institution to lay the foundation for his future knowledge was public school No.10, which played a major role in the development of his fascination with science and technology. In 2002, Roman B. Tabakaev transferred to Municipal Lyceum at Tomsk Polytechnic University. After finishing the lyceum in 2004, he entered Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) to study Boiler and Reactor Manufacture at the Department of Steam Generating Machinery Engineering (Faculty of Power Engineering). After successfully passing the end-of-year examinations in 2005, Roman Tabakaev was enrolled in the program of Elite Engineering Education at TPU. In 2009, Roman Tabakaev graduated from TPU with the qualification of Engineer of Boiler and Reactor Manufacture and entered a full-time postgraduate program. He defended his thesis, Heat technology of synthesizing solid composite fuel from low-grade fossil fuels, on specialty 05.14.04 Industrial Thermal Power Engineering in 2015 and received a PhD in Engineering from Siberian Federal University (Krasnoyarsk).
