In 2008, Sazonov R.V. was thanked officially by the direction of High Voltage Research Institute. In 2011 – Appreciation of Rectors’ Council of Universities of Tomsk Oblast. In 2014 - Appreciation of Rector of Tomsk Polytechnic University for the honest and fruitful work for the benefit of the University.
In 2009-2015, for the works, where Sazonov R.V. taak an active part, the team of Laboratory No.1 IHTP TPU was awarded with:
- Gold Medal of VIII Moscow International Salon of Innovations and Investments for the development: “Plasmochemical technology and equipment to produce nanopowders” (2009).
- Ist Degree Diploma and Gold Medal in the nomination “The best innovative project in the field of nanomaterials and nanotechnologies” (St.-Petersburg Fair March 15-17, 2011).
- Ist Degree Diploma and Gold Medal “Pulsed plasmochemical synthesis of composite nanosized oxides of different metals from metal-organic precursors” (13 International Forum and Exhibition High Technologies of 21 century, Moscow, April 17-19, 2012).
- Gold Medal and Diploma for the development: «“Technological complex for purification and disinfection of domestic and industrial-municipal wastewater based on the pulsed high-current electron accelerator” (St.-Petersburg Technical Fair, Competition “The best innovative project and the best scientific-technical development of the year” (12-14.03.2013г).
- Gold Medal and Diploma for the development: “Technological complex for purification and disinfection of domestic and industrial-municipal wastewater” at the Exhibition “National Science and Technology Fair 2013”, Bangkok, Thailand (06-14.08.2013).
Sazonov R.V. is the winner of all-Russian competition “Engineer of the Year” according to the version “Engineering art of the Young” in the nomination “High voltage engineering”. In 2012, Sazonov R.V. became a winner of the scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation for young scientists and graduate students engaged in advanced research and development in priority areas of modernization of the Russian economy 2012-2014.
