I was born on February 22 in Potsdam (Germany). I lived in St. Petersburg more than 9 years and a few years in the city of Krasnoyarsk.
I am a head of service for personnel management in industrial companies including Ltd. "MNPTS EkoKontinent" (Krasnoyarsk), LLC "Tomskneftekhim", JSC "Pharmstandard-Tomskhimfarm" more than 10 years. Also I was engaged in consulting in Krasnoyarsk about 2 years. I won the All-Russian competition "Service personnel and automation" in the nomination "For comprehensive and holistic solution" In 2004. Also I was awarded the Grand Prix at the General sponsor of the competition - of Oracle.
I received a MBA diploma from the International Management Institute LINK (Moscow) in December 2011.
In 2008 I received a Professional Diploma in Management (The Open University Business School) (UK)
In 2006 I received a Professional Certificate in Management (The Open University Business School) (UK)
In 2000 I defended my PhD thesis at the Institute of Education SDViS waste.
In 1998 I received a degree in "Psychology" at the University of the Russian Academy of Education (Moscow).
In 1995 I received a degree in "Mathematics" at the Tomsk State Pedagogical Institute.
I am the author of over 70 publications and 4 monographs.
