The results of the development of the discipline: To know: the basics of performance management methodology Corporation (CPM - Corporate Performance Management, BPM - Business Performance Management), EPM - Enterprise Performance Management), range of tasks in the field of strategic, financial and operational performance management corporation; practice of application of the concepts of management by objectives (Management By Objectives, MBO), SMART, the Balanced Scorecard (Balanced scorecard, BSC) and key performance indicators (key performance indicators, KPI), associated with the development and implementation of the strategy; classification of information systems to support the strategic management of the corporation, internal control, management of relations with shareholders, investors and other interested parties, proposed for implementation, the characteristics of the most famous and actually implemented in the world of CPM-systems performance management corporation. To be able to: conduct a comparative analysis of control technology corporation, the whole variety of corporate governance systems to support effective corporate management by objectives, to choose the most acceptable option for the implementation depending on its subject area; apply the basic means of new information technologies in professional activity; conduct theoretical and experimental research, including the search and study of the necessary scientific and technical information, analysis and interpretation of the data obtained in the field of management information systems. The history of technology development of corporate governance. Classification of enterprise information systems (EIS). International practice use of information systems in corporate management. Section 2. Information systems to support strategic management. Enterprise Content Management (ECM) - a system of corporate management of information content. Business intelligence (BI) - business intelligence, multi-dimensional data analysis. Performance Management (CPM), Management By Objectives (MBO) - systems management systems and strategic performance of the corporation. Business Performance Management (BPM) - a system of operational business performance. Section 3. Information system of internal control of the corporation. Risk management systems (risk management). Information Security Systems (information security management). Systems that control the compliance with the requirements of legislative and regulatory (compliance management). Section 4. Management Information Systems relationship with stakeholders at national and international professional association of managers and consultants of Investor Relations (NIR - National investor relations institute (USA), IIRF - International investor relations federation). Traditional fields of application of modern information Internet - technologies. Tasks Integration IT - systems in the corporation. Outsourcing complex functions range of services to ensure IT corporation relations with the outside world. MODULE 2: USING TECHNOLOGY TRUST CORPORATE GOVERNANCE Section 5.
