In 1966 I graduated the Physics Department of Tomsk State University and qualified as a "physicist". Since that time, I have been working at the General Physics Department, where I was sent as a young professional. I had been working as a teacher assistant till the 1978 and as a senior lecturer till the 1986. From this moment to the present time I have been working as an associate professor of General Physics Department. In 1984 I defended my thesis and awarded the degree of technical sciences candidate. In 1988 I awarded the associate professor rank.
