Anna V. Pogukaeva was born in Tomsk on August 30, 1984.

In 2006 she graduated from Tomsk State University Faculty of Philology, with a specialty «Romano-Germany philology».

Since 2009 Anna V. Pogukaeva has been working at the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language of the Institute of International Education and Language Communication in the capacity of a Senior Lecturer.
