Pavlov NV born September 17, 1985 in the town of Yurga. In 2002 he graduated from secondary schools № 4 in Yurga Kemerovo region. Later he entered the branch of Tomsk Polytechnic University in Yurga, who graduated in 2008. with honors. In the same year he accepted the post of assistant of the department "Welding production" Yurga Technological Institute of Tomsk Polytechnic University. In 2011 he was transferred to the post of senior lecturer of the department "Welding production".

In 2008 he entered the graduate school of Tomsk Polytechnic University in the specialty 05.03.06 "Technology and equipment for welding engineering" Theme of dissertation: "The use of mathematical modeling to determine the technological parameters of the welding process with controlled kapleperenosom metal electrode in shielding gas mixtures."

Pavlov NV author and co-author of more than 40 publications, including 6 articles on the list of HAC, recorded computer programs 3 and 1 patent for invention, published 3 textbooks.
