I was born in October 4, 1962 in Seversk, Tomsk region. In 1985 I graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic Institute, Department of Physics and Engineerig as a physicist engineer.

From 1985 and up to now I am working in Tomsk Polytechnic University, Institute of Physics and Technology.

In 1992 I got academic degree of candidate of sciences in physics and mathematics.
