Mathematics 1.1 Abstract of the discipline: the syllabus on «Mathematics 1.1» is designed at the Natural Science Department, Yurga Technological Institute.The syllabus is intended for first-year students of the direction of technosphere safety. The goals of the discipline are: • training in the basics of mathematical knowledge; • acquiring experience in constructing mathematical models; • conducting the necessary calculations within the constructed models; • using mathematical symbols for calculation of limits and derivatives. Structure of the course: • Linear algebra; • Vector algebra; • Analytical geometry; • Introduction to analysis. Theory of limits; • Differential calculus. Mathematics 2.2 Abstract of the discipline: the syllabus on «Mathematics 2.2» is designed at the Natural Science Department, Yurga Technological Institute.The syllabus is intended for second-year students of the direction of technosphere safety. The goals of the discipline are: • training in the basics of mathematical knowledge; • acquiring experience in constructing mathematical models; • conducting the necessary calculations within the constructed models. Structure of the course: • Complex numbers; • Integral calculus; • Differential equations; • The theory of series. Mathematics 3.2 Abstract of the discipline: the syllabus on «Mathematics 3.2» is designed at the Natural Science Department, Yurga Technological Institute.The syllabus is intended for third-year students of the direction of technosphere safety. The goals of the discipline are: • training in the basics of mathematical knowledge; • acquiring experience in constructing mathematical models; • conducting the necessary calculations within the constructed models. Structure of the course: • Probability theory; • Mathematical statistics. Scientific work / Research interests and results • My research interests lie in the field of pedagogica. Particularly, I am interested in the psychological and pedagogical framework for self-regulating learning of students. My scientific interests are reflected in the ongoing research publications. • I have published 100 scientific publications, 5 manuals, 1 training complex of the discipline.
