1977-1985 the assistant; 1986-1989 the senior lecturer; from 1990 to the present associate professor; 1998-2008 Head of Department of TEE. In 1982 he enrolled in correspondence graduate school, in 1986 defended his thesis. In 1986 awarded the academic degree of candidate of technical sciences, and in 1991 - the academic title of associate professor of SOC.
