Discipline “Motivation and stimulation of labor activity” include theoretical basis on history of motivation concepts development, in the course of this discipline conceptual, procedural and substantive concept are discussed, administrative, economic and socio-psychological methods of motivation and stimulation of labor are presented. Influence of demotivation factor on the efficiency of the motivation system of organization is considered.
