Alexander Nikolaevich Osokin is an Associate Professor at Tomsk Polytechnic University, Copmuter Engineering Department.

Alexander Osokin received his PhD degree in Computer Science from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics in Tomsk, USSR, 1976.

He is conducting research activities in the areas of Error-Correcting Code and compression method.
