Dina V. Narkovich was born in 1985 in Kirgiziya. She graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic University, Oil and Gas Institute, Department of Geoecology and Geochemistry in 2007 and obtained a degree of geoecologist. Diploma with honors. I have a son (2013).
