Physico-chemical design of transparent colorimetric optods for photometric and test methods for the determination of micro components p>
The scientific work focuses on the study of mechanisms of interaction of organic molecules with metal ions in the bulk of transparent polymer matrix. Currently known materials for the visual detection of metal ions and organic substances (glucose, vitamins, antioxidants, biomolecules) are opaque. This does them difficult to use, including the use of analytical equipment.
The inestigation of modifying mechanism for polyacrylate matrix with complexing agents and study of interactions with the analyte while maintaining the transparency of the indicator will provide a new generation of polymeric materials.
The development of desing of associative (supramolecular) structure polymer-based optical sensors and metal indicators, justification of the theoretical principles of creation of analytical materials with indicator multifunctional properties.
Development of physical and chemical bases of complex formation processes in solid solutions, the study of diffusion and sorption.
Directions
1. Investigation of sorption interactions into transparent polyacrylate matrix with complexing agents, organic matter and metal ions while maintaining the transparency of multicomponent materials for visual and photometric detection;
2. Development of the principles of purposeful creation of visual indicators for qualitative and semi-quantitative or quantitative (using photometric equipment) determination of trace substances based on transparent mesh polyacrylate matrix;
3. Design of new models of visual indicators for monitoring the content of metals and some organic compounds in the environment.
