The scientific results of the work is to identify the main causes of instability in the properties of non-autoclaved aerated concrete, which are predetermined velocity mismatch porization and change the rheological properties of the mixture, produce additional calcium hydroaluminates and a low degree of crystallinity of hydration products form the septum interporous. Practical results are the development of a new methodology for calculating the composition of gas-concrete mixtures using volumetric phase characteristics and obtaining of non-autoclaved aerated concrete with a density of 300 to 900 kg / m3 and high strength properties; proposed a complex modifying additive, containing 0.7% gypsum hemihydrate, silica fume, 3% and 2% calcium chloride.
