He graduated from high school in the town of Almalyk, Republic of Uzbekistan. He defended his diploma in electrical engineering at the faculty of Automation and electromechanics Tomsk Polytechnic University. In 2006 he defended his thesis on the specialty of Optics at the IAO SB RAS with the assignment of a scientific degree of candidate of physical and mathematical Sciences. In 2010 - awarded the academic title of associate Professor in the Department of Theoretical bases of electrical engineering.
