1. The use of ultradisperse powders Al2O3, TiO2, SiO2, Ni, W allows to increase the strength properties of weld metal, both for electrodes with the main coating and rutile. 2. Introduction of powders in the ratio Al2O3 - 2.5-3%; TiO2 - 0.5-1%; SiO2 - 0.5-1%;Ni - 0.5-1%; W - 0.5-1% is an effective technical solution that allows to significantly increase the tensile strength by 9-11%, the elongation by 14-36%; Impact strength by 29-34%, microhardness by 4-13%. This ratio of ultrafine powders is rational, because a value exceeding 7% (wt.), No significant increase in strength characteristics is observed. 3. It was found that the mixing of modifiers and liquid glass on a planetary ball mill leads to the formation of large agglomerates, which is explained by the adhesion of particles under the action of Van der Waals forces. This effect negatively affects the distribution of modifiers in the electrode coating mass. However, dispersion on the mechanocavitator plant of the activator type allows uniform distribution of the modifiers over the entire volume of the lubricating mass.
