From April 2003 to October 2008 he was a deputy Yurginsky City Council of the third convocation of the electoral district №2.

He was a member of committees:

1) of the budget, tax policy and municipal property;

2) to support the business and consumer market and services.

He was a member of the book committee of the city administration, council on investment and innovative development of the city.

As part of the educational process annually organizes student participation in public hearings to discuss the report and the draft budget of the city Yurga.
