I was born in town Leninogorsk, East Kazakhstan region, Kazakh SSR. In 2009 I graduated the Ridder agro-technical college with honors.

In 2012 I received a bachelor's degree with honors from the Tomsk Polytechnic University in the program of "Electric Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering" In 2015 I graduated the master's TPU in "Electric power systems, network, power, their modes, stability and reliability". Since 2015 I have been a post-graduate student of TPU.

In 2012, I was selected for the post of the Head of the Tomsk regional department of All-Russian public organization "Russian student brigades." I am heading the organization for the moment. In 2014, I won the by-election to the Tomsk Regional Parliament. In 2014 I headed the Youth Parliament of the Tomsk region. I am the chairman of the Standing Committee on Youth Policy, Physical Culture and Sports Committee on social policy in the Tomsk Regional Parliament.
