Candidate of Political Sciences. Department of Foreign Language, Institute of Non-destructive testing. Associate Professor Arkadii E. Sentsov graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic University, Russia, in 2005 and got a Diploma with honors and was awarded a qualification “Linguist. Interpreter”. His Candidate’s thesis was titled “Model of the Future in the Programs of Political Parties”. In 2013, Arkadii E. Sentsov finished the postgraduate training program and passed a Candidate’s thesis defense at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia and he got a degree of Candidate of Political Sciences.
