The aim of the discipline is the mastery of a set of mathematical techniques used to quantify economic phenomena and processes, training econometric modeling, building mathematical models, the parameters of which are estimated by means of mathematical statistics, teaching the empirical conclusion of economic laws, the preparation of applied research in Economics.

Discipline is aimed at training of bachelors in industrial activity in the area of economic information processing and the use of basic and advanced science and math knowledge in the field of computer science and engineering to complex engineering activities and solve interdisciplinary engineering problems.
