PLACE OF BIRTH: Born on May 4th, 1968 in Kemerovo. EDUCATION In 1985 graduated from high school 31 in Kemerovo. In 1985 entered the Engineering and Economic Faculty of Kuzbass Polytechnic Institute. In 1990 graduated Kuzbass Polytechnic Institute with a degree in “Economics and Management in Chemical-Forest Complex Industries”. Was qualified as planning engineer. In 1997-1999 did a postgraduate course at the Institute of Economics and Production management of the Siberian branch of Russian Academy of sciences (Novosibirsk).
