Ishchuk Tatiana L., born in 1952.

In 1984 I graduated from Karaganda State University with a degree in accounting and business analysis.

From 1989 to 1997 taught at the Karaganda State University of Finance and Tax theory.

In 1997 I arrived in Tomsk and began working in the Tomsk State University.

In 2000 he defended his thesis: "The economic foundations of functioning of private sector of higher education."

In 2010 she defended her doctoral thesis: "Formation of strategy development of higher education in the knowledge economy."

Currently, I am a professor in the Department of Economics of Natural Resources, Tomsk State Polytechnic University.
