Medvedev Gennady in 1963 graduated from the Tomsk State University with a degree in "Hydrology engineer." Since 1964 assistant Tomsk Polytechnic Institute Department of hydraulics and hydraulic machines. In 1972 he successfully defended his thesis. He is currently Associate Professor of Department of Theoretical and Industrial Heat Systems Engineering of the Institute of Power Engineering.
