Brief description: Introduction to the features of the motion of existing vehicles using the supporting propellers and promising vehicles with unsupported movers. The physical nature of unsupported motion. Demonstration of existing laboratory model manifestations of vibrational forces. Develop better (small, portable) operating laboratory facilities to demonstrate the existence of vibrational forces. Production of the new laboratory facilities. Introduction to the "classical" scheme unsupported mover. Terminology. Basic requirements for unsupported propellers. Development, design working vehicle layout with unsupported movers. Conducting experiments. Preparation of reports, articles and presentations at scientific seminars, scientific conferences. 2.
