Since 2011 Nikitin D.S. has been constantly engaged in research work under the guidance of the professor Sivkov Alexander Anatolyevich. Since 2012 he has been working on the development of the scientific and technical foundations of the plasmadynamic method for obtaining ultrafine silicon carbide. He participated in grants of the RFBR, RSF, UMNIK program. He repeatedly and successfully performed at exhibitions of inventions and scientific conferences
