Born on September 25, 1954 in Barnaul, Altai Territory

In 1978 he graduated from the Tomsk State University, majoring in "Ballistics". Qualified as "engineer-physicist".

1990 - awarded the degree of PhD of physical and mathematical sciences.

2011 - awarded the degree of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.

From 2012 till now Professor of the Thermal Theory and Engineering Department.

Married. Two children. Three grandchildren (for now).
