Biography Sanjay Kumar Biswash received his Ph. D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, 2012. Dr. Biswash currently working as a Research Scientist with Department of Software Engineering, Institute of Cybernetics, National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, Russia. He held Post-Doc position at the National Laboratory of Scientific Computing (LNCC), RJ Brazil, and San Diego State University, CA, USA. He was a visiting scientist to the University of Coimbra, Portugal. He served as an Assistant Professor(on contract) at the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India. His research interests lies on Network Management, Mobility Management, 5G, Device-centric Networks, Wireless and Mobile Networks, and Bio-inspired Networks. He serves as an editorial board member for Int. Journal of Wireless Personal Communications (Springer Verlag), Int. Journal of Mobile and Network Application (Springer Verlag) and reviewer of many reputed international journals/conferences.
