Results in kinematic and power calculations were achieved in the course of carried out scientific studies of transmissions with intermediate rolling bodies. The original method of energy-kinematic calculation of gears was invented and tested. The methods were presented and published in foreign publications. With regard to the transmission design, the following results have been achieved. The gear rim profile was improved, which made it possible to achieve better kinematic characteristics and increased transmission accuracy. Proposed design significantly increases power parameters of transmission.
