In 2013, he graduated from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics "in the direction of" Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics ". In 2013 he entered the Tomsk Polytechnic University for full-time postgraduate study. In the same year he was employed in the Problem Research Laboratory of Electronics, Dielectrics and Semiconductors as an engineer. In 2018 he defended his thesis.
