Alexey Soldatov, born September 13, 1958, in 1975 he graduated from secondary school №32 in Tomsk and in the same year he entered the Tomsk University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics (TIASUR) at the Faculty of Radio Engineering.
In 1980 he graduated from the institute and has been distributed in the Tomsk Polytechnic Institute.
In 1993-1996. he studied at the postgraduate TPU.
In 1998 he defended his thesis.
In 2000 he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
In 2000-2001. passed training at the Institute for Engineering Education of TPU, received a certificate of high school teacher.
Since 1989 to the present is a professor of the Department of Industrial and medical electronics.
In 2009 he was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the mayor of Tomsk.
