MA in Management • Qualification: Double-degree program “Informational Systems in Management” with University of Orleans, France. Duration: two years full-time with the 1st year in domestic university and the 2nd year in University of Orleans. In case of successfully accomplished program candidates will receive two Diplomas of two universities and MA in Management recognized both in Russia and in France. The program consists of 120 credits of two core and two variable modules that are fully obligatory, including 44 credits of core modules and 45 credits of variable ones, 25 credits of placement module and 6 credits of dissertation. • Course description: The course in Labor economics, organization and work measurement is a 3-credit unit of variable professional interdisciplinary module. The course covers all the major aspects of modern theory of labour market, work organization, wage system and work measurement. It consists of the following topics: “Labor economy”, “Labour organization and planning”, “Wages and salary administration” and “Labour standards and measurement”. All topics are compulsory. The course consist of lectures and seminars, during which students take part in Case Studies, discussion of home assignments, exersises with calculations and the Business Game. • Assessment: Students should be prepared to fullfill tests, individual tasks and final checking according to the covered topics. Tests include multiple-choice and culculation tasks, individual tasks could be provided by essey, culculations or comparative analysis. Final assessment is a mixture of the covered tasks and tests. Candidates must achieve a pass grade whithin the minimum level of 33 grades for current assessment and 22 grades for final assessment. The maximum level of assessment is 100 grades. The successfully passed course converts into 3 credits. Candidated who achieve the grade at the level of 91 and higher will get the exellent mark.
