In 1994 he graduated from the Tomsk Polytechnic University, majoring in "Equipment and Welding Technology."

From 1996 he worked at the department of "Welding production", Yurga Technological Institute of Tomsk Polytechnic University. 1998-2001 - Graduate of the Tomsk Polytechnic University.
