Was born 2nd August, 1978.
1995 - 2000Student at Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics.
2000 - 2003 Ph.D. student at Institute of Strength Physics and Material Science.
2004 Doctor degree in Solid Physics.
Since 2005 Researcher, Institute of Strength Physics and Material Science.
2006 - 2012 Lecturer of practice informatics, Tomsk State University.
Since 2012 Assistant professor, Tomsk Polytechnic University.
