Discipline refers to the variable part of interdisciplinary professional module of general subjects PLO specialist training in the direction of 21.05.04 "Mining", profile training "Mining machines and equipment." As a result of studying the discipline, students should acquire knowledge on the theory of operation of fan, sump, lift and pneumatic systems of mining enterprises, as well as design and construction of machinery and equipment of these plants, study their features and characteristics, the safety requirements of the Rules, Rules of technical operation and safety to master the techniques of design calculations fixed installations. Discipline "Stationary machine" consists of the following sections: Fundamentals of the general theory of turbines, dewatering installation shafts, ventilation shafts installation, compressors mines, lifting the installation.
