Staff of the Institute of Cybernetics and members of the RASA association discussed joint projects
The RASA researchers visited the Institute of Cybernetics. The International Russian-speaking Academic Science Association - RASA is a non-governmental organization founded in 2008. At present, a new subdivision of RASA is being established in Asia, which together with the existing subdivisions in US and Europe, will contribute to the development of professional relationships and careers of its members - the Russian-speaking scientists - abroad.
Following the meeting a number of important decisions have been made, which are aimed to strengthen the cooperation of the Institute and RASA, significantly expanding the scientific relations of the Institute of Cybernetics.
TPU was granted the Full Membership of the Cumulus International Association of Design
Cumulus, the International Association of Universities and Colleges of Art, Design and Media, is the only global association to serve art and design education and research. It is a forum for partnership and transfer of knowledge and best practices. Cumulus consists currently of 211 members from 48 countries. In Russia, only 5 higher educational institutions are full members of the Association. From June 3 to 7 in Milan there was held the annual conference, where the new members of the Association were officially announced. Tomsk Polytechnic University was one of them!
