Young specialists interested in participating in the 1st International School: Problems of Big Data Processing, Analysis and Management in Distributed Heterogeneous Computing Environment for High-Intensity Scientific Areas and Business Applications, including the poster session, should send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your e-mail should include the following details:
Participant’s full name.
Poster presentation (yes/no). Paper details: authors, paper name, abstract (up to 1500 characters).
Notification for accommodation provision (yes/no).
Conference proceedings will be published and indexed in Scopus. Guidelines for paper preparation will be available later.
Note that prior to the School main events, certain pre-conference activities will be arranged to select those participants whose travel to Tomsk and accommodation will be free, i.e. paid by the organizers of the School.
Registration deadline: November, 23, 2016. (Note: if you qualify for free participation in the Conference (School), you should send your application, including paper details and poster layout, before November, 14)
General guidelines for poster design and oral presentation:
Your oral presentation should last no longer than 5 minutes.
Recommended poster format is А0, portrait layout.
Poster title should contain the paper name (font size – no less than 48 pt.), institutional affiliation, authors’ names and contact e-mail. You can place the logo of your organization next to the title.
Text included in the poster should be a concise representation of your paper. There should not be much text on the poster, maximum 30% of the entire poster content. It is ideal to include clearly defined aims and outcomes of your paper. The font size – 24pt.
Figures, tables and other visuals should take up most of the poster area.
Place blocks of text on a very pale or white background not to divert the readers’ attention
