The course graduates

• can use mathematical models and statistical methods to analize language phenomena;
• acquire programming skills necessary for text data operation (Python);
• get experience in creating electronic dictionaries and translation programs;
• can create language databases (corpus linguistics);
• can use specialized open linguistic resources and natural language autoanalasers.

At the end of the course all students develop and present their own linguistic software.
