The conferences proceedings will be published after the Congress. All accepted authors are requested to submit their manuscripts for publication in Izvestiya vuz. Fizika (Russian Physics Journal).

The manuscript should be prepared in MS Word format in accordance with the template and sent as an attached file to congresstpu2012@gmail.com.

The manuscript submission deadline is September 17, 2012 extended to October 11, 2012.
