We provide high quality education in “optical engineering”.

Our education is science oriented. Our aims are in laser & e-beam spectroscopy, laser processing of materials, effectiveness of street & interior lighting.

This program is about operating lasers, understanding principles of lighting & analysing materials.

Our graduates get state diplomas of Russia. They become ‘bachelor of engineering’ and ‘master of engineering’.


The working language of our courses is Russian, except ‘prof. english courses’.


We are open for collaborations. Today we provide double degree program for Jilin University.
