Results The basic cycle of publications consists of 20 articles, including published in journals which are refereed by HAC, are included in Web of Science and Scopus data. Theoretical implications are of great importance for the scientific direction "Institutes of the economy based on knowledge." The results of analytical studies allowed to develop a set of recommendations on the formation of Russian pro-competitive policy.
