Lev Malyutin was born on 20.05.1990 in Ust-kamenogorsk city, Kazakhstan Republic. In 2008 he finished school education in school-gymnasium № 10 in Ust-Kamenogorsk and was accepted in TPU. In 2014 Lev Malyutin defended the graduation thesis by profession "Chemical technology of modern energy materials". Since 2014 Malyutin Lev is working as engineer in Department of Rare, Scattered and Radioactive Element Technology of Institute of Physics and Technology TPU. Since 2015 Malyutin Lev is working as teaching assistant of Department of Rare, Scattered and Radioactive Element Technology.
