GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF EDUCATIONAL DISCIPLINE  

The discipline "Methods, technical implementation and processing of the results of a scientific experiment" is the general discipline of choice in the preparation of post-graduate students. The purpose of teaching is to develop the graduate students of universal jurisdiction, which do not depend on the specific areas of training; general professional competence, determines the direction of the preparation; professional competence, determines the direction (profile) graduate programs in preparation directions (hereinafter - the focus of the program).

The PhD student must have in a framework of universal competencies:

· Capacity for critical analysis and evaluation of current scientific achievements, generating new ideas in solving the research and practical problems, including interdisciplinary areas;

· The ability to design and implement integrated research, including interdisciplinary, a holistic system of scientific outlook on the knowledge of the history and philosophy of science;

· Willingness to participate in the work of Russian and international research teams to address scientific and educational tasks;

· Willingness to use modern methods of scientific communication and technology at the state and foreign languages;

· Ability to plan and solve problems of their own professional and personal development.

In the framework of general competencies graduate student must have:

· The ability to independently carry out research and development in the relevant professional field with the use of modern methods of research and information and communication technologies;

· Readiness for teaching basic educational programs of higher education.

As part of the professional competencies of a graduate student must have the competences, determines the direction of training programs for the implementation of methods, technical implementation and processing of the results of a scientific experiment:

· Creation of knowledge about approaches to the construction of the specific methods of experiments using the features of the experimental conditions, such as the methodical peculiarities registration of electromagnetic radiation, especially the registration of coherent radiation;

· Formation of knowledge about how to manage the technical implementation of the experiment and collection of experimental data using modern computer database;

· Formation of knowledge about the construction methods of the study on the basis of similarity of methods and dimension in research.

· Formation of knowledge about the basic methods of statistical processing of the experimental-tion data using the latest computer technology and software packages for the processing of experimental data;

· Development of basic statistical methods of estimation and approximation of experiments, the experimental data on the basis of non-parametric statistical methods;

· Relationship with specialized software that implements the basics-WIDE methods of statistical processing and visualization of experimental data and results of the re-processing.
