Learning the discipline allows to form an idea of the organizational and legal forms of enterprises, planning fundamentals of the enterprise; the nature and method of accounting (financial) management and tax accounting methodology for market research; instruments of strategic and operational marketing, methods of formation of product distribution channels.

Learning the discipline is aimed at the formation of professionally oriented foreign language communicative competence of students, achievement of professionally oriented foreign language communicative competence level, sufficient for practical use of foreign language in the future professional activity, the development of cognitive and research skills, expanding professional horizons of students, improving learning autonomy, the development of the need in self-education.
