Born on July 23, 1937, in 1954 he graduated from high school, worked, served in the military. 1960 - entered the TPU, in 1965 graduated from TUSUR and was assigned to the department of radiotechnics of TPU 1965 - 1967 worked as an assistant 1967 - 1970 studied at graduate school 1971 - defended his PhD thesis, became a docent 1971 - 2000 – was a docent of the department of radiotechnics since 2000 he is a docent of the department of KISM (CMSM).
