Evtushenko Gennadiy was born in February, 23,1947 in Ussuriisk, Primary Region, Russian Federation. I Graduated from Far East State University in 1970 in Physics. From 1970 till to 1980 - PhD-student, young researcher of Tomsk State University. 1980-2001 - head of quantum electronics laboratory of Institute of Atmospheric Optics SB of RAS. From 1995 to 1998 - Ass. of Prof., from 1998 to nowdays -Professor of Tomsk Polytecnhic University. In 1979 I defended PhD-thesis, in 1994 - Doctor of Technical Sciences thesis.
