I was born on October 7, 1982 in Tomsk, former USSR, now the Russian Federation. In 1999, I graduated from high school "Eureka" (Akademgorodok). In 2005 I graduated from the Tomsk State University, Faculty of History, Department of International Relations (Specialist in International relations). During the university studies I have internship in the Tomsk Regional Administration (Department of foreign trade activities), and in the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Department of Foreign Relations and Economic Cooperation). The theme of my diploma was “Russian-Turkish energy cooperation”. In 2009 I have finished my postgraduate study in the Faculty of Economics at the Tomsk State University. On the 17th of February 2011 I have defended PhD dissertation “Investment and financial mechanism of venture business as the Institute of the knowledge-based economy”. Since September 2009 I work at the Department of Economics in National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University as assistant. In April 2012 I was elected to the position of associate Professor in the Department of Economics. The sphere of my scientific interests: innovative economy, institutions and mechanisms of the innovation economy, venture capital and advanced technology, world economy and world politics. At the Department of Economics I deliver the following courses: Economics (micro-macroeconomics), World economy, Economics of enterprise, Organization of innovative activity at the enterprise, Intellectual property and market, Training in the English language. In the fall of 2014 I had an internship in the University of Southampton, UK (Southampton University, UK).
